It is crucial to explore the feasible harvesting techniques because microalgae harvesting is a key link for prepara⁃tion biodiesel using microalgae, which directly determines the cost of biodiesel. By the analysis of upper liquid turbidity, the ef⁃fects of pH of microalgae suspension, dosage of PAC, dosage of PAM, stirring speed and stirring time on pretreatment of microal⁃gae suspension by the uniform design method, from which the experimental conditions were preliminarily determined.On this ba⁃sis effects of stirring speed and stirring time on pretreatment were further investigated and the optimal test conditions were deter⁃mined: pH of microalgae suspension 10, dosage of PAM 0.25g/L, dosage of PAM 5mg/L, stirring speed 300r/min, stirring time 2.0min. Under the optimum conditions, the upper liquid was clarified and and the turbidity was 1.87.%微藻采收是利用微藻制备生物柴油的关键环节,直接决定了生物柴油成本的高低,因此探索切实可行的采收技术显得至关重要。以微藻悬浮液预处理后的上层液体浊度为指标,运用均匀设计的方法考察了微藻悬浮液的pH值、聚合氯化铝用量、聚丙烯酰胺用量、搅拌速度和搅拌时间对微藻悬浮液预处理效果的影响,初步确定了微藻采收预处理试验的条件。在此基础上,进一步考察了搅拌速度和搅拌时间对微藻悬浮液预处理效果的影响,确定了较优化的预处理条件为:微藻悬浮液的pH值为10.0,聚合氯化铝的用量为0.25 g/L,聚丙烯酰胺的用量为5 mg/L,搅拌速度为300 r/min,搅拌时间为2.0 min,在此试验条件下,得到的上层液体浊度为1.87。
