提出了一种新型的差压式流量计——双锥流量计,利用Fluent仿真软件与实流实验相结合的方法,探索雷诺数、双锥直径比β对双锥流量计流出系数的影响规律.针对50mm管径,共加工了6个不同β值的双锥流量计.经过模拟计算,得到其流出系数与雷诺数有关,但在一定范围内趋于一个定值.此外,不同β值对流出系数的影响很小,在一定误差允许条件下可近似认为双锥流量计流出系数与β无关.进一步用实流实验验证了模拟结果的正确性,得到模拟计算的预测误差小于3%.%The double-cones flowmeter. a new type of differential pressure flowmeter, is introduced. The study combines simulation using Fluent software with experiments to explore the influence of the Reynolds number and diameter ratios j3 to the rule of double-cones discharge coefficient. Six flowmeters with different beta ratios for 50mm pipe diameter are machined. Through the processing of numerical data, it is found that the discharge coefficient is related with the Reynolds number and within a certain range it's going to a constant. Besides, the beta ratios have little influence on the discharge coefficient and on the condition of certain error permission, the discharge coefficient of double-cones flowmeter is nearly not relevant to the beta ratios. What's more, all the simulation results are validated by experiments and the error of simulation is less than 3%.
