NF-6增压连续式跨声速风洞流场特性与标模试验

         

摘要

NF-6 wind tunnel is the first pressurized continuous transonic wind tunnel in China. The characteristics of flow area of test section in NF-6 wind tunnel were summarized and analyzed. The study results indicate that this wind tunnel possesses nicer quality of flow area and the design request is achieved. Consequently, the NF-6 wind tunnel has the ability of conducting model and scientific research test. In order to validate the quality of flow area and test ability of NF-6 wind tunnel, the force test of AGARD-B calibration model was conducted. The test results coincide with the data of other wind tunnels and the test precision and average flow skew angle both satisfy the requirement of GJB. It shows that NF-6 wind tunnel has the ability of conducting force test.%NF-6风洞是中国第一座增压连续式跨声速风洞.对NF 6风洞试验段流场特性进行了总结分析,研究结果表明该风洞具有优良的流场品质,总体上达到了设计要求,具备了承担型号和科研试验任务的能力.通过AGARD-B标模试验,进一步完善了NF-6风洞试验段流场品质校测项目,检验了该风洞的测力试验能力.NF-6风洞标模试验结果与国内外风洞试验数据吻合较好,试验精度和风洞平均气流偏角满足国军标要求,表明该风洞具备了测力试验的能力.
