现代航天发射场C3I系统探讨

摘要

根据航天试验的特点，对航天发射场C3I系统的组成、结构、完善的方法、充分发挥C3I系统的总体效能、提高指挥自动化水平和决策支持能力等方面进行了探讨，提出了在发射场C3I系统中引入测试发射过程故障诊断系统的技术方法。从重视航天发射场C3I系统的功能和应用软件的研制开发，为提高航天发射指挥自动化水平以及达到对指挥员决策支持的目的提供了理论基础和技术指导。%According to the characteristics of spaceflight test, this paper discussed the constitutes, structure and perfecting methods of C3I system on spaceflight launching fields, and also probed into improving the C3I level and the capacity of decision-making assistance. In the end, a technical method that put a system of fault diagnosis into C3I system in launching fields was brought out. The paper provides the theory base and guidance for spaceflight launching fields in increasing the level of command automation and the reliability of the assistant decision to the commanders.
