一种基于DEA-AHP的装备动员物资供应企业选择方法

摘要

With the condition of information-based war, the mode of equipment mobilization must be changed from rough to accurate. So, the decision-making organization must be more impersonal in the selection for material supply enterprises. Based on the analysis for estimate index of material supply enterprises in equipment mobilization, the method, using data envelopment analysis (DEA) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), for evaluation and selection of material supply enterprises is given. Finally, a simulation example is illustrated and the simulation result shows that the method is effective and feasible.%在信息化战争条件下,装备动员活动已逐步由传统的“粗放式”动员向“精确式”动员模式转变,这就要求决策部门采用更为客观的方法对物资供应企业进行选择.在分析装备动员物资供应企业评估指标的基础上,给出了运用DEA(data envelopment analysis)-AHP(analytic hierarchy process)法对装备动员物资供应企业进行评价和选优的方法,并通过应用实例表明该方法是有效的、可行的.
