基于可靠性工程的电子信息装备质量管理研究

摘要

The electronic information equipment plays more and more important role in the war today. Based on the description of the quality problems of electronic information equipment, the relationship of reliability engineering and quality is discussed in the paper. Several methods to improve the reliability are put forward. The new concept of "maintenance free operating period (MFOP)" is introduced in the paper. As a result, the quality of complex electronic information equipment can be improved by reliability engineering.%电子信息装备质量管理在现代战争中起着越来越重要的作用。在描述电子信息装备质量问题的基础上，探讨了可靠性工程与质量的关系，研究了几种提高可靠性的方法，介绍了最新的可靠性新理念——“无维修使用期”的概念，进而得出复杂电子信息装备的质量通过可靠性工程是可以提高的结论。
