The paper puts forward the concept of civil equipment support organization. According to the basic train of thought of system comparing analytical, it compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between the military equipment support organization and civil equipment support organization from element, structure, function, running and environment. Meanwhile, the showing specialties are distinguished from the two kinds of equipment support organization in the military equipment support activities.
