我国军品市场准入制度研究

摘要

Encouraging and supporting the private enterprises to enter into the military products market can increase the competition of the military products market and benefit for acquiring the ad-vanced technology and excellent performance military equipments by low price ,w hich is very impor-tant to achieve “establishing sound systems of weapons and equipment research and manufacturing that integrate military with civilian purposes and combine military efforts with civilian support ,and blazing a path of development with Chinese characteristics featuring military and civilian integration” . The paper systematically analyzes and studies the existing problems of access system of military prod-ucts market ,and on this basis ,puts up with some feasible suggestions .%鼓励并支持民营企业进入军品市场，可以增加军品市场竞争，有利于军队获得价格低廉、技术先进、性能优良的武器装备，对实现“建立和完善军民结合、寓军于民的武器装备科研生产体系，走出一条具有中国特色军民融合式发展之路”具有重要意义。深入分析了我国军品市场准入制度存在的主要问题，针对当前我国军品市场准入制度的现状，提出了具体可行的对策建议。
