深化装备保障体制改革的几点思考

摘要

推进装备保障体制改革，应明确改革的主要任务，从维修资源重建、保障力量优化、运行机制搭建、关键技术突破等4个方面深入剖析了重难点问题，并在此基础上，提出推进装备保障体制改革的几点建议。%Deepening equipment support system innovation should specify the main task of inno-vation and deeply analyzes the significant and difficult problems,such as maintenance resource repeti-tion,optimization of support power,mechanism establishment and breakthrough of key technology. On the basis of the above,the paper advances some suggestions on implementing equipment support system innovation.
