推进通用军械装备保障体制改革问题探讨

摘要

The paper researches on main reasons of general ordnance equipment support system innovation and on adj usting general ordnance equipment support system,implementing civil-military integration equipment maintenance and support,optimizing maintenance mode,operation system and organic support power.On the basis of above,it makes some suggestions on implementing general ordnance equipment support system innovations.%对通用军械装备保障体制改革的主要动因进行了分析，并对影响改革的重难点问题：调整通用军械装备保障体制，推进军民一体化装备维修保障，优化维修方式、作业体系和建制保障力量等进行了研究；在此基础上，提出了推进通用军械装备保障体制改革的几点建议。
