科研生产交付高度交叉下军代表综合监督模式

摘要

Based on the objective reality that more and more cross deliveries of research and pro‐duction in the process of construction of weapons and equipments ,the paper summarizes the con‐tents ,mode and priority of supervision by military representative in the phases like model research , production preparation ,batch production and delivery for use .Aiming at the characteristics and chal‐lenges of supervision by military representative in high cross ,the paper brings out a mode of compre‐hensive supervision by military representative on technology ,progress and quality .%着眼武器装备建设进程中科研生产交付高度交叉情况越来越多的客观实际，梳理一般情况下军代表在型号研制、生产准备、批量生产和交付使用等阶段的监督内容、监督模式和监督重点；针对在高度交叉下军代表监督工作的特点和难点，提出了军代表对技术、进度和质量实施综合监督的模式。
