反恐战争的无规则性和突发性，使美军主要作战力量从重兵集团作战型向敏捷轻便型转变，极大地适应了远征作战的要求，也直接引发其在后勤领域实施“21世纪远征后勤”转型变革。美军在组织架构设计、业务转型等多个方面进行了全方位改革，充分利用企业资源计划技术，优化后勤保障的业务流程，使用户和供应商主动对接，达到了装备保障的精确化、规范化和标准化，使美军一体化后勤保障成为现实。%The nature of irregularity and suddenness of the anti-terrorist war has greatly trans-formed the maj or U.S.combat forces from heavy combat forces to agile and light forces,which can greatly adapt to the requirements of expeditionary operations and also directly lead to the transforma-tion to the “2 1 st Century Expeditionary Logistics”.The U.S.military forces is taking a comprehen-sive reform in the organizational design,mission transformation and other aspects as well,making full use of enterprise resource planning (ERP)technology to optimize the logistics business processes. In this way,the users and the suppliers can take the initiative to interface with each other,achieving precise,normative and standardized equipment support,and thus the integrated logistics support has become reality.The PLA can also take some reference from the practices of the U.S.counterpart for its military equipment support reform.
