Objective:To explore the intervention measures and therapy in depression rehabilitation of diabetic patients with stroke.Methods:122 patients with diabetes mellitus together with stroke,treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the objects and were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 61 cases in each group.The control group and the intervention group were given routine care and psychological intervention.The scores of HAMD professional depression scale in two groups were observed and compared before and after the implementation of different interventions.Results:Before treatment,the scores of HAMD depression scale in two groups were not significantly different but the scores of HAMD depression scale after treatment were significantly lower.At the same time,the reduction rate in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant.Conclusion:The psychological intervention can improve the effect of depression rehabilitation in patients with diabetes mellitus together with stroke,which is one of the ideal methods for clinical practice intervention.%目的:探究促进糖尿病合并脑卒中患者抑郁症康复效果的干预措施和方法.方法:选取2015年2月～2017年2月宝安区中心医院临床收治的糖尿病合并脑卒中患者122例为研究对象,分成研究组和对照组,各61例.对照组和研究组分别给予常规护理和心理护理干预.对两组患者实施不同干预措施前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分结果进行观察和比较.结果:治疗前两组患者HAMD评分结果差异不大;治疗后患者的HAMD评分均显著降低,但研究组降低幅度明显高于对照组,且差异显著.结论:心理干预能够促进糖尿病合并脑卒中抑郁症患者的康复效果,是临床实践干预的理想方式之一.
