心电图上长QT间期综合征患者的脑电分析

摘要

目的:应用脑电图仪分析心电图上长QT间期综合征患者的脑电图活动,了解其患者的脑电图特点及变化的临床意义.方法:对20例长QT间期综合征患者和20例健康者进行20信道脑电图检查,并进行对比分析.结果:20例长QT间期综合征患者中有17例脑电图异常,异常率为85％,对照组20例健康成人中有2例脑电图异常,异常率为10％.两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).脑电图异常表现为慢波(θ波和δ波)活动增多而快波(β波)及α波的减少,未发现患者有明显的癫(痫)样活动(棘波、棘-慢综合波).结论:长QT间期综合征患者的异常脑电图活动较健康对照组更为频繁,表明其离子通道功能障碍导致心律失常与癫(痫)可能存在共同的发病机制.%Objective:To investigate the characteristics of EEG activity and its possible clinical implications by the detection of electroencephalogram (EEG) in patients with long QT syndrome.Methods:EEG was recorded in 20 patients with long QT syndrome and 20 healthy controls and the results were compared and analyzed.Results:EEG was found abnormal in 17 out of 20 cases with long QT syndrome,the abnormal rate being 85％.EEG was found abnormal in 2 out of 20 normal control cases,the abnormal rate being 10％.The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The abnormal EEG presented the increase of slow waves (θ and δ waves) and decrease of rapid waves (β waves) and α waves.But no epileptic waves (spike waves or spike-slow waves) were found in all patients with long QT syndrome.Conclusion:The patients with long QT syndrome are dramatically more prone to have abnormal EEG activities than healthy controls.This indicates that the arrhythmia and epilepsy caused by ion channel dys function may exist in common pathogenesis.
