The investors focus on the economic benefit of investment in real estate development. This paper expounds the factors affecting the output of real estate development and it's cost, then put forwards several approaches to raise the economic benefit.%房地产开发投资的经济效益问题是投资者最为关心的问题。文章从经济效益定义入手，阐述了影响房地产开发产出的因素和开发成本的构成，提出了提高经济效益的几个途径。
