From the perspective of rapid urbanization,this paper rethinks the mega construction projects and their social problems pertaining to involuntary migration. Relevant studies, the development history of pauperization, and the causes and effects of involuntary migration are reviewed. Social conflicts incurred by involuntary migration in different research areas are briefly analyzed. In addition, resettlement researches and projects around the world are examined. A comparative study on the above problems is carried out. Finally,the paper identifies challenges and new approaches to future studies.%为探求重大建设项目非自愿移民的贫困机理和治理模式,从快速城市化视角,重新认知重大建设项目的公平效率及由此导致的工程移民贫困的社会问题.分别从宏微观角度回顾归纳了重大建设工程移民致贫成因和影响的研究发展,概括分析了不同学科对工程移民社会冲突与福利问题的研究进展;归纳阐述了国内外工程移民问题的治理模式研究和工程实践.在对工程移民致贫机理、社会冲突和治理模式3个层次的现有研究进行比较分析基础上,梳理归纳了当前重大建设项目工程移民社会问题的主要研究方法及其数据获得途径,分析提出了工程移民贫困和社会融合问题的研究展望和新思路.
