基于多层次灰色理论的房地产项目管理成熟度模型构建与应用研究

摘要

Project management maturity(PMM)model can help an organization to evaluate its managerial capacity and performance. In this paper,according to the comparative analysis of several typical project management maturity models and evaluation methods,a project management maturity model with the evaluation index system of estate enterprise is proposed based on multi-level grey theory,which suits the current situation and characteristics of China's real estate enterprise project management. Its validity is demonstrated by an example.%　　应用项目管理成熟度模型确定项目管理水平，可以评估企业项目管理能力，测评企业项目管理绩效，提高企业项目管理的整体水平。在对几种典型项目管理成熟度评价方法进行对比分析后，设计了适合我国房地产项目管理实际情况和房地产项目具体特点的评价要素及指标体系，综合各种方法的优点构建了基于多层次灰色综合评价理论的房地产项目管理成熟度评价模型，并以实例计算出具体数值来描述项目的成熟度，验证了该模型的实用性。
