简要介绍了美国施工工程与管理学科的发展过程，包括本科及研究生教育、注册工程师和注册承包商考试的基本要求，以及同中国同行的合作。在本科生教育中，分别阐述了施工工程本科学位以及施工管理本科学位的课程设置以及这两个学位的不同之处。在研究生教育中，阐述了施工工程与管理的研究方向以及存在的不足之处。文章的内容将有助于增进中国施工工程与管理学科的教育工作者对美国同行的了解。%The authors of this paper briefly describe the development of the construction engineering and management programs in the United States. They cover the undergraduate and graduate programs,the basic requirements of professional engineer exams and certified professional constructor exams as well as the cooperation between the United States and Chinese in the area of construction education. Within the undergraduate education,the authors introduce the construction engineering curriculum and the construction management curriculum and the major differences between these two. Within the graduate program,the authors outline the research emphases and shortcomings in the construction engineering and management. This paper will help the Chinese educators in the construction engineering and management programs to better understand their US counterparts.
