设计院总承包模式下施工分包商选择研究

         

摘要

When the design institute as general contractor,it is difficult to considering the interaction and feedback relationship between indicators for subcontractor selection evaluation index system by the traditional analysis method. From the perspective of design institute,the analytic network process(ANP)is used to determine the weights of the indexes,including the weights of criterion layer index,the independent weights and mutual influence weights of son index. Secondly,according to the network structure,the limit super unweighted matrix and limit super matrix are established. The consolidated weight of each index and each candidate construction subcontractor's comprehensive score are calculated for subcontractor selection. The results show that the method can be implemented with the help of super decision software,and it has strong operability to the construction of the choice of the subcontractor.%考虑到设计院总承包模式下施工分包商选择评价指标体系中,运用传统的分析方法难以兼顾指标之间的相互影响和反馈关系。本文从设计院的角度出发,首先利用网络层次分析法(ANP)确定各指标的权重,包括准则层指标的权重、子指标的独立权重和相互影响权重,其次根据网络结构建立了未加权超级矩阵和极限超级矩阵,由此汇总各指标的综合权重,最后计算各候选施工分包商的综合评分,以选择最佳施工分包商。结果证明,该方法可以借助超级决策软件实现,将其应用于施工分包商的选择具有较强的操作性。
