信任对项目管理绩效影响研究:合同柔性的中介作用

     

摘要

Based on existing research on trust and project management performance,a model from the perspective of economics was constructed with trust,contract flexibility,and project management performance. In view of theory of life cycle contract, contract flexibility was divided into contractual term flexibility,contractual execution flexibility. One hundred and fifty-nine valid data was collected from construction project in Beijing and Tianjin and analyzed by structural equation model. The empirical analysis results showed that trust has significant effect on contractual term flexibility,contractual execution flexibility and project management performance,contractual term flexibility has no significant effect on project management performance,and contractual execution flexibility plays mediating role between trust and project management performance.Accordingly,some advices were put forward in engineering project:contract terms,emphasizing on appropriate flexibility;the execution of the contract,emphasized on the flexible implementation.%在归纳和总结信任、工程项目管理绩效已有研究成果的基础上,构建以信任为前因、合同柔性为中介变量、工程项目管理绩效为结果的概念模型.基于合同全生命周期理论,把合同柔性分为合同签订阶段的条款柔性和合同执行阶段的执行柔性.调研天津、北京两地建筑业项目,获得159份有效数据,运用结构方程模型方法进行实证研究.研究结果表明:信任对合同条款柔性、合同执行柔性和项目管理绩效具有显著的正向影响;合同执行柔性对项目管理绩效有显著的正向影响,并在信任对项目管理绩效的影响起到部分中介作用;合同条款柔性对项目管理绩效的正向影响不具有显著性.据此,对工程实践领域提出如下建议:合同条款柔性要适度;合同执行要有柔性.
