基于群体AHP物元分析模型的水泥材料环境协调性评价研究

         

摘要

随着我国城市化进程加快,水泥材料用量不断增加,给环境带来了沉重负担。针对水泥材料的环境协调性问题,以大连某水泥厂生产的3种水泥产品PII52.5R、PO42.5R和PC32.5R为例,从节能、环保、健康、舒适、生态和经济6个方面构建水泥材料环境协调性综合评价指标体系。在此基础上,采用群体层次分析法(AHP)和物元分析方法,建立水泥材料环境协调性群体AHP物元分析模型。通过群体AHP方法计算出相应指标的权重,利用物元分析对3种水泥产品的环境协调性进行评价。研究结果表明3种水泥产品的环境协调性均处于第一等级,在节能、舒适、经济方面具有较大提升空间,评价结果科学、客观,不仅为解决水泥材料环境协调性评价问题提供了一种有效方法,而且也为水泥行业下一步发展提供依据。%With the rapid urbanization in China,the consumption of cement continually increases,which exerts heavy burden on environment. This research focuses on the problem of cement material environmental harmonization,and conducts case study for 3 types of cement products PII52.5R、PO42.5R and PC32.5R produced by a cement factory in Dalian. Evaluation index system of environmental harmonization is established based on energy conservation,environment protection,health, comfort, ecology, and economy. Group AHP and matter element analysis model is developed using the method of group and element analysis. The weights of index are calculated by group AHP,then the environmental harmonization of cement products are evaluated by matter element analysis. The results show the environmental harmonization of the 3 types of cement products are in the first class,and they have significant improvement potential in energy conservation,comfort,and economy. The evaluation results are scientific and objective, which not only provides an efficient method for cement materials environmental harmonization,but also references for the future development of cement industry.
