地铁人防项目安装施工总承包管理模式的研究

摘要

针对目前全国各大城市地铁建设进程，地铁人防设计安装也逐步发展完善起来。通过分析目前地铁人防设备总承包现场管理以及系统设计的现状及存在的问题、设备生产制作加工以及现场安装过程中的施工难度和地铁施工独特的施工环境，根据地铁项目特有的施工范围特点，分析了其与一般设备安装总承包以及普通人防设备安装施工的共同点和差异性，针对目前地铁人防设计安装施工总承包中没有通用的先例可以参照的情况，对地铁人防设计及现场管理模式进行了探讨，提出地铁人防总承包现场管理模式中的难点和重点。%Aiming at the country's major urban subway construction process,design and installation of underground air defense progressively developed. By analyzing existing problems and difficulties of site underground, equipment manufacturing production and processing as well as on-site installation construction, the features of subway air defense projects are analyzed. The design and site management of subway air defense projects are explored. Difficulties and focus are put forwarded.
