我国建筑工程领域人员流动频发。为了探究建筑务工人员流动动机的形成机理，基于推拉理论和层次分解法厘清建筑务工人员流动的内在动因和外在诱因，采用因子分析法进行建筑务工人员流动的推—拉动因子分析，采用描述性分析、ANOVA分析（方差分析）进行个体特征对建筑务工人员流动动机的影响分析。结果表明：经济与发展因素是最为重要的推动机，环境因素是最为重要的拉动机；年龄、家庭劳动力比率、从业年限、受教育程度等个体特征对流动有显著影响。%Construction workers’ flow is frequently in the construction area. To explore the flow mechanism of the motivation of construction workers,push-pull theory and Hierarchical Analyze are used to clarify the internal causes and external causes;factor analysis is used to analyze the push-pull factor of motivation on construction workers’ flow;descriptive analysis and ANOVA analysis are used to analyze the influence on motivation on construction workers’ flow which is caused by individual characteristics. The result shows that the economic factor and individual development are most important among all the push factors,while environment factor is the most important among all the pull factors. In addition,individual characteristics like age,ratio of household labor force,years of employment and education level influence the flow notably.
