随着建筑施工信息化和智能化技术的不断发展,智慧工地应运而生并得到一定程度的应用.从技术和管理两个层面剖析了智慧工地的特征,按照人工智能技术的发展轨迹,将智慧工地划分为感知、替代、智慧3个阶段,按大数据的积累程度,将智慧工地划分为初级、中级、高级3个阶段.在此基础上,提出了推进智慧工地建设的措施和以智慧工地助力建筑业持续健康发展的对策,并对中国建筑智慧工地的应用实践进行了系统的总结.%With the continuous development of informative and intelligent technology in building construction,the idea of smart is created and applied to a certain degree. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the smart site from the aspects of technology and management. According to the trend of artificial intelligence technology,the smart site is divided into three growing stages:perception,substitution, and wisdom. Besides,according to the accumulation degree of big data,the smart site is also divided into primary stage,intermediate stage and advanced stage. This paper provides measures that can be used to promote the construction of smart site and suggestions that can facilitate a sustainable and healthy development of smart construction site. Ultimately,this paper systematically summarizes the application and practice of smart construction site in China.
