As the aging population in China is getting severe,the traditional pension model is challenged owing to the emergence of the social pension community model, which is a combination of community pension and family pension. However, current evaluation index system and method for social pension community projects is not mature yet, which makes related enterprises only have financial and national economic evaluation without considering social benefit evaluation of the projects and therefore ignore their true value. To address this problem, this study builds an index system to measure the social benefit of social pension community projects. Combined with this index system and hierarchical model, this study evaluates the social benefit of a specific social pension community project with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.%由于我国人口老龄化形势严峻,传统的养老模式已经受到挑战,养老社区作为结合了家庭养老与社区养老的新型养老模式开始逐渐崭露头角.但目前我国对养老社区项目社会效益评价的指标体系和方法还不成熟,企业往往对养老项目进行财务评价和国民经济评价却忽略了对项目进行社会效益评价,这使得无法充分认识养老社区项目的价值.针对养老社区项目社会效益显著的特点,构建一套能够合理衡量养老社区项目社会效益的指标体系,结合养老社区社会效益评价指标体系和评价模型,以具体的养老社区项目为例,运用模糊综合评价法进行了社会效益综合评价.
