龟象膏皮肤毒性实验研究

摘要

目的 研究龟象膏对动物皮肤的毒性作用.方法 利用健康SD大鼠进行完整皮肤和破损皮肤急性毒性试验；用健康白兔进行完整皮肤和破损皮肤刺激性试验；用健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏试验.以上实验同时进行血常规检查.结果 龟象膏对大鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤均无急性毒性反应,对白兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤无刺激性,对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用,血常规检查无异常现象.结论 龟象膏用于治疗糖尿病肢端坏疽安全可靠.%Objective:To study toxicity of Guixiang Cream on the skin of animals. Methods-. A experiment of cutaneous toxicity was performed on the skin of healthy rats. Cutaneous stimulation was performed in the skin of healthy rabbit. Cutaneous hypersensitivity was performed in healthy guinea pig. Results:The Guixiang Cream had no acute toxicity.no cutaneous stimulation and no hypersensitive effects for the intact or dam'aged skin in rats, rabbits and guinnea pigs respectively. Conclusion: It is safe for Guixiang Cream to use in the clinic.
