针刀治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的临床症状及足底压力分析

摘要

目的 从改善膝关节力学平衡的角度,探讨针刀治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的机理及方法.方法 将患者,随机分为针刀组与超短波组,用临床症状表及足底压力分析仪观察治疗前后及随访的力学平衡状态.结果 两组治疗后及随访膝关节周围的临床症状值、最大负重、时间积分差值及负重比例均明显减低,针刀组改善膝关节力学不平衡状态情况优于电针组,总有效率亦明显高于超短波组.结论 针刀通过松解膝周围软组织,纠正膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的力平衡状态失衡,改善临床症状,来达到治愈的目的.%Objective:To improve the mechanical and the method of the knee angle of knife treatment on traumatic synovitis of the knee. Methods: 120 patients with knee synovitis were randomly divided into the needle and knife group and the ultrashort ware group. The balance state waa evaluated by the clinical symptoms and the plantar pressure analyzer table before and after treatment and follow-up of mechanical equilibrium. ResultS:After treatment,the clinical symptom value,the maximum load,the time difference and the integral load were reduced obviously. Hie improvement of joint mechanical imbalance in the needle and knife group was better than that in the electroacupuncture group. Meanwhile, the total effective rate of the needle and knife group was higher obviously than that of the ultrashort wave group. Conclusk>n:Needle and knife could release knee through soften tissue. It can correct the imbalance of equilibrium and improve the clinical symptoms.
