中药熏蒸疗法治疗类风湿关节炎临床研究

摘要

目的 观察中药熏蒸疗法对类风湿关节炎的临床治疗作用.方法 将患者例随机分为两组,非熏组采用常规治疗,熏蒸组在常规治疗的基础上加中药熏蒸治疗.治疗1个疗程(20 d)后,比较两组患者治疗前后和两组之间疼痛VAS评分、中医证候变化及总体疗效.结果 熏蒸组疼痛VAS评分、中医证候改善及总体疗效均明显优于非熏组.结论 中药熏蒸疗法治疗类风湿关节炎疗效确切,使用方便.%Objective:To observe the effects of TCM herb fumigation and steaming therapy for rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: Patients with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into 2 groups according to the randomized patent principle. Besides that 2 groups were received the routine therapy,the herb fumigation and steaming therapy group was added the TCM herb fumigation and steaming. After 20 days,these indices were compared in 2 groups before and after treatment including the pain VAS score,the TCM symptoms and the total effects. Results:Some indices of the herb fumigation and steaming therapy group were superior to these of the none herb fumigation and steaming therapy group including the pain VAS score,the TCM symptoms and the total effects. Conclusion:TCM herb fumigation and steaming therapy can improve the symptoms and the signs of rheumatoid arthritis.
