中医临床护理路径在颤证护理中的效果观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing path of traditional Chinese medicine in the tremor syndrome nursing effect.Methods:67 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the path group (n =39)cases were appled clinical nursing path of traditional Chinese medicine,28 cases in the control group were given traditional nursing mode.Nursing satisfaction,the average days of hospitalization,treatment cost of inpatients index were assessed.Results:The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:the clinical nursing path of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on tremor syndrome has significant effect.%目的 观察中医临床护理路径在颤证护理中的效果.方法 将67例患者随机分组,路径组39例应用中医临床护理路径,对照组28例采用传统护理模式.通过护理满意度,均次住院时间,均次住院费用中治疗费比例等指标给予评价.结果 出院时路径组与对照组差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中医护理临床路径对颤证护理效果显著.
