吕氏三联疗法治疗早期急性乳腺炎临床观察∗

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Lü′s triple therapy in treatment of people with early acute mastitis. Methods:141 cases were randomly divided into the group A with Lü′s eight-step milk ejection method,the control group B with antibiotic therapy and the group C with Lü′s triple therapy. The clinical effica⁃cies of 3 groups were observed and compared in these groups. Results:In the curative rate,the total effective rate and the satisfaction rate,there were some statisitical differences among these groups(P<0.05). The highest rates were in the group C(97.87%、93.74%),followed by the group A(93.62%、87.23%),and finally the group B (80.85%、65.96%). Conclusion:It is operationally simple and significant effect of Lü′s triple therapy in the ear⁃ly acute mastitis.%目的：观察吕氏三联疗法（吕氏八步排乳法、针刺法联合贴敷疗法）治疗早期急性乳腺炎的临床效果。方法选取符合纳入标准的患者141例，随机分为3组，各47例。对照A组予吕氏八步排乳法；对照B组单纯应用抗生素治疗；研究组予吕氏三联疗法治疗。治疗8d后观察各组疗效。结果总有效率、患者满意度等方面，研究组（97.87%、93.74%）最优，对照A组（93.62%、87.23%）次之，对照B组（80.85%、65.96%）最低，各组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论吕氏三联疗法治疗早期急性乳腺炎操作简便，疗效显著。
