白牛宣肺汤治疗感染后咳嗽的临床观察

Objective:To observe curative effect of post infectious cough treated with Bainiu Xuanfei Decoction.Methods:70 patients with post infectious cough were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were treated with Bainiu Xuanfei Decoction and Montelukast sodium tablets simulants;the control group were treated with Bainiu Xuanfei Decoction simulants and Montelukast sodium tablets.Treatment course lasted for seven days.The antitussive effect was assessed after treatment.Results:The cough score of daytime,nighttime and VAS in the Treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment (P＜ 0.001).The cough score of daytime and VAS in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group (P＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of daytime and nighttime cough in the treatment group were 90.91％,and 87.88％,respectively.The total effective rate of daytime and nighttime cough in the control group were 68.75％,56.25％,respectively.The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group,with statistical significance (P＜ 0.05).The onset time of cough in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P＜ 0.001).The cough remission time and cough recovery time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P＜ 0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of Bainiu Xuanfei Decoction treatment on post-infectious cough is satisfactory,and the security is good.%目的 观察白牛宣肺汤治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效.方法 70例患者随机分为中药组33例和对照组32例.中药组采用白牛宣肺汤和孟鲁司特钠片模拟剂口服,对照组采用白牛宣肺汤模拟剂和孟鲁司特钠片口服,疗程均为7d.比较两组患者止咳疗效.结果 两组治疗前日间、夜间、VAS咳嗽症状积分比较差别不大(P＞0.05).经治疗7d后中药组日间、夜间、VAS咳嗽症状积分均较治疗前降低(P＜ 0.001),且经治疗后中药组日间、VAS咳嗽症状积分均较对照组明显改善(P＜0.05).中药组日间和夜间止咳的总有效率90.91％、87.88％,分别高于对照组的68.75％、56.25％(均P＜0.05).治疗后中药组止咳起效时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.001),咳嗽缓解时间和咳嗽痊愈时间明显短于对照组(均P＜ 0.01).整个观察过程中未发生与研究药物有关的不良事件.结论 白牛宣肺汤治疗感染后咳嗽止咳疗效满意,且安全性好.
