湿温病源流考

The damp-warm disease,which often happens in summer,is a kind of fever diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factors.Its name was first found in Nanjing.Due to the particularity of era background,there is a huge difference among the understanding of physicians through past generations.Because of the ambiguous definition of damp-warm disease,some physicians confuse it with other disecses.Since the Qing Dynasty,the physicians have reached a.comprehensive understanding of damp-warm disease,established a complete system of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and summarized the contraindication of damp-warm disease,which is still used today.It is helpful for clinical practice and theoretical research to investigate the origin of damp-warm disease.%湿温病是好发于长夏季节一种外感热病.其病名首见于《难经》,由于时代背景的特殊性,各代医家的理解存在巨大差异,对于湿温病的界定含糊不清,至今仍有医家将其与他病混淆.清代以后,医家对于湿温病的认识臻于全面,确立完整的辨证论治体系,并总结湿温病禁忌证,沿用至今.考察湿温病源流,有助于对临床实践和理论研究更准确的认识.
