基于“二纲六变”体系浅述张景岳对急诊危重症的辨证

ZHANG Jingyue studied the essentials of Huangdi Neijing and inherited the essence of Jin and Yuan Dynasty's doctors to create Jingyue Quanshu and Leijing which are no lack of recording of the acute critical diseases.In the books,ZHANG Jingyue dissolves all kinds of syndromes in a furnace,and created a "two-class six-variable" syndrome differentiation system.The paper is based on the two-class six-variable system to describe ZHANG Jingyue's svndrome differentiation of the acute critical diseases to provide valuable clinical ideas and enlightenment.%张景岳承《黄帝内经》之精要,集金元诸家之精华所著《景岳全书》、《类经》,其中不乏对急诊危重症的记载[1].在书里张景岳将各种辨证方法溶于一炉,创建了“两纲六变”辨证体系[2].本文将基于“二纲六变”体系探讨张景岳对急诊危重症的辨证,以便提供有价值的临床思路和启迪.
