痛风性关节炎中医证型与IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α相关性研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the TCM syndrome of gouty arthritis and IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αt in patients.Methods:A total of 216 cases of patients with gouty arthritis were selected (80 cases of dampness and heat,:56 cases of damp heat with blood stasis syndrome,57 cases of phlegm and blood stasis type,23 cases of liver and kidney deficiency type),40 cases as the normal control group.Serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α were detected.Results:1)The positive rate and detection value of serum IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αt were significantly higher than those in the normal control group.2)There was no significant difference in positive rate of serum IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in patients with TCM syndromes.Detection value of serum IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in dampness and heat and damp heat with blood stasis syndrome was higher than that of the other two,and that of dampness and heat type was the highest.Conclusion:The level of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α in patients with gouty arthritis are correlated with TCM syndromes.They can be used as a reference index for TCM syndrome differentiation of gouty arthritis.%目的 探讨痛风性关节炎中医证型与患者血清中白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)之间的关系.方法 选取痛风性关节炎患者216例(湿热蕴结证80例,湿热夹瘀证56例,痰瘀阻滞证57例,肝肾亏虚证23例),正常对照组40例,检测两组人群血清中的IL-1β、IL-6及TNF-α水平.结果 痛风性关节炎患者组血清中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α阳性率及检测值均明显高于正常对照组.各中医证型间患者血清中IL-1β、IL-6及TNF-α阳性率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).湿热蕴结证与湿热夹瘀证患者血清中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的检测值均明显高于其他两证,其中以湿热蕴结证为最高(均P＜ 0.05).结论 痛风性关节炎患者血清中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平与其中医证型存在一定关联,可作为痛风性关节炎中医辨证分型的参考指标.
