运用数据挖掘技术分析古籍针灸治疗中风后失语的腧穴处方规律

摘要

Objective:To analyze the prescription rules and features of acupuncture and moxibustion on apoplectic aphasia in ancient books by data mining.Methods:the ancient literature of acupuncture and moxibus-tion to treat apoplectic disease was collected,and was manually entered and proofread,establishing a standard li-brary and an ancient library.The relevant provisions for the treatment of aphasia after apoplexy were selected,and the selected acupoints and meridians were analyzed with the correlation principle of data mining technique to ex-plore the acupuncture points,meridian application rules and compatibility features. Results:Sixty-three articles were selected for acupuncture treatment of aphasia after stroke,involving 45 points,a total frequency of 308. The frequency of acupoints above 10 was bai hui,ya men,zu sanli,jian jin,he gu,feng chi,qu chi,jian shi,guan chong. The compatibility results showed that the top three was bai hui→jian jin,zu sanli,bai hui→feng chi,qu chi,zu sanli→feng chi. There were 13 meridians involved. The number and frequency of acupoints used in dan meridians and du meridian were ranked high,and the number of acupoints and the frequency of the points of were more than two-thirds.A total of 32 acupuncture points were used,accounting for 71.11% of the total points.Con-clusion:Acupuncture treatment of aphasia after stroke follows the prescription of the local found acupoints,syn-drome differentiation,and recirculating.The selected acupoint is dominated by the Yang merian acupoint,and val-ue the use of specific points. Compatibility methods are the through hole method,up and down hole method,Yin and Yang method,before and after the match point,near match point,Yin meridians with original hole method, five acupoints and collaterals acupuncture point method,five acupoints with rendezvous point method,etc.%目的 运用数据挖掘技术,分析古代文献中针灸治疗中风后失语的处方规律和配伍特点.方法 收集针灸治疗中风病的古代文献,进行人工录入并校对,建立标准库与古籍库,选取其中治疗中风后失语的相关条文,运用数据挖掘技术中的关联原则,对所选腧穴、经络进行统计分析,探索针灸治疗中风后失语的腧穴、经络运用规律及配伍特点.结果 共筛选出针灸治疗中风后失语的腧穴处方相关条文63条,共使用穴位达45个,总频次达308次,腧穴频次在10以上的有百会、哑门、足三里、肩井、合谷、风池、曲池、间使、关冲;配伍结果显示,排在前三的为百会→肩井、足三里、百会→风池、曲池、足三里→风池;所选穴位以头面部位为主.所有腧穴共涉及13条经络,足少阳胆经、督脉经络上的腧穴使用个数、频次排名靠前,用穴个数、频次之和均超过总数的2/3.共使用特定穴32个,占总腧穴71.11%.结论 针灸治疗中风后失语腧穴处方遵循局部取穴、辨证取穴、循经远取相结合,所选腧穴以阳经腧穴为主;重视特定穴的使用;配伍方法有:本经配穴法、上下配穴法、阴经与阳经配穴法、前后配穴法、近远配穴法、阴经与奇经配穴法、五输穴与原穴配穴法、五输穴与络穴配穴法、五输穴与交会穴配穴法等.
