蜂针疗法联合聚肌胞注射液穴位注射对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者血清T细胞亚群的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of bee acupuncture therapy combined with polyinosinic injection acupoint injection on the serum T cell subsets in patients with postherpetic neuralgia (PHN).Methods:72 patients with PHN were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint injection of Polyinosinic-polycytidylic Acid Injection.The treatment course was 10 d,continuous treatment for 6 courses.The observation group was treated with Bee Acupuncture Therapy on the basis of the control group.The treatment course was 4 weeks,and the treatment lasted for3 courses.After treatment,the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.The scores of symptomsand signs and the changes of serum T cell subsets(CD4+,CD8+,CD3+,CD4+/CD8+) before and after treatment were compared.Results:The scores of pain,burning and pruritus in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜ 0.05),and the observation group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22％,which was higher than that of the control group 77.78％(P＜ 0.05).The level of serum CD8+ in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The levels of serum CD4+,CD3+,CD4+/CD8+ were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Bee acupuncture therapy combined with Polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid injection on PHN can significantly alleviate the symptoms and signs of patients,and promote the recovery of T cell subsets.The effect is more significant,with high safety.%目的 观察蜂针疗法联合聚肌胞注射液穴位注射对带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)患者血清T细胞亚群的影响.方法 将72例PHN患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各36例.对照组施行聚肌胞注射液穴位注射治疗,1个疗程为10d,连续治疗6疗程;观察组于对照组基础上施行蜂针疗法治疗,1个疗程为4周,持续治疗3个疗程.疗程结束后观察记录两组治疗效果及不良反应情况,并对比治疗前后症状、体征评分及血清T细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+、CD3+、CD4+/CD8+)水平情况.结果 两组治疗后疼痛、烧灼及瘙痒评分均低于治疗前(P＜0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.22％,高于对照组的77.78％(P＜ 0.05);观察组治疗后血清CD8+水平较对照组低(P＜0.05),血清CD4+、CD3+、CD4+/CD8+水平均较对照组高(P＜0.05);不良反应发生率观察组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 蜂针疗法联合聚肌胞注射液穴位注射治疗PHN,可显著缓解患者症状、体征,促进T细胞亚群恢复,效果较为显著,且安全性高.
