考虑故障风险和检修风险的设备检修决策

         

摘要

全生命周期成本管理和状态检修在电力企业中运用越来越广泛.针对目前检修决策中尚未考虑电网一次设备和继电保护设备之间的风险传递问题,提出一种计及电网故障风险和检修风险的输变电设备及继电保护设备检修决策模型;以“效益/成本比”最大为目标,以电网故障风险上限作为约束条件进行宏观调控,以设备故障风险上限作为约束条件进行微观调控,考虑经济关联性进行局部择优;最后,以演变后的RBTS-BUS6系统为例进行分析,结果表明:该优化模型达到了预期的效果,验证了该决策的有效性.%Nowdays,life cycle cost management (LCCM) and condition-based maintenance (CBM) have been widely applied in power electricity companies.Aiming at the problem of risks transfer between primary equipments and relay protection equipments,an equipment maintenance resolution model of transmission,transformation and relay protection equipments considering failure risk and maintenance risk was proposed in this paper.Taking the maxium Benefit-cost ratio (BCR) as the objective,the upper limit of grid failure risk as the constraint condition,the macro-control was realized.While taking the equipment fault risk as the constraint condition,the micro-control was realized.And the local preferential was realized with consideration of the economy correlation.Finally,the simulcation was carried on by taking an evolvd RBTS-BUS6 system as an example,the analysis results showed that the proposed optimization model is validity.
