区域水系统综合绩效评价方法研究

摘要

Based on the definition of the connotation of evaluation of comprehensive performances of regional water system, the evaluation indexes of the performance of regional water supply system, water use system and sewage treatment system were investigated. An evaluation index system for the evaluation of comprehensive performances of the regional water system was formulated. An evaluation model was established by means of the grey correlation analysis method and the projection pursuit model. Some measures were proposed for optimizing the comprehensive performances of the regional water system.%在对区域水系统综合绩效评价内涵进行界定的基础上,探讨区域供水系统、区域用水系统以及区域污水处理系统的绩效评价指标,构建了区域水系统综合绩效评价指标体系；基于灰关联分析法与投影寻踪法,建立了区域水系统综合绩效评价模型；提出了区域水系统综合绩效优化对策.
