Conductive composite of carbon black (CB) filled nylon 6 is prepared by melt blend, and the conductive behavior of the composite affected by temperature is discussed. GEM (general effective media) equation is introduced into the composite system to analyze the dependence of temperature on conductive properties of the composites. As a result, heating process can improve dispersion of CB or the formation of conducting channels, and conductivity of the composites increases. On the other hand, the lowering temperature reduces the conducting channels, and conductivity of the composites decreases.%采用熔融共混法制备尼龙6/炭黑(carbon black,CB)导电复合材料,探讨温度对尼龙6/CB复合材料导电行为的影响.引入有效介质普适(GEM)方程分析温度对复合材料导电性能的影响,并讨论相关数学模型的适应性.研究表明:在CB含量一定的条件下,温度升高使CB在聚合物基体中形成的导电网络得到优化,电导率升高;而温度降低在一定程度上破坏了复合材料的导电网络,使电导率降低.
