氢氧化铝/氢氧化镁/芳砜纶复合材料的制备及其性能

     

摘要

Lamellar Mg(OH)2 (MH) crystalline film on the modified polysulfonamide (PSA) fabric surface(MH/PSA) was obtained by secondary crystallization method. By controlling the pH value, MH/ PSA sample was coated with A1(OH)3 gel by in situ growth method, after that the composite material of ATH/MH/PSA was collected. Mg and Al contents of both MH/PSA and ATH/MH/PSA samples were evaluated by Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP), their surface morphological was studied with Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), the measurements and contrast studies of the heat insulation behaviors and anti ultraviolet-infrared radiation properties of both MH/PSA and ATH/MH/PSA samples were conducted. The results indicated that it was feasible to grow two kinds of inorganic fire retardants onto the surface of fabric at the same time without any additives by secondary and in situ growth methods, and it was found that both MH/PSA and ATH/MH/PSA expressed better heat-insulation and anti ultraviolet-infrared radiation properties than original PSA fabric, particularly the ATH/MH/PSA composite material.%采用二次生长的方法,在芳砜纶(PSA)织物表面制得氢氧化镁(Mg(OH)2,MH)片状晶体;通过控制pH值并采用原位生长的方法,使氢氧化铝(Al(OH)3,ATH)凝胶包覆已生长了片状氢氧化镁晶体的芳砜纶织物(MH/PSA),从而成功制得氢氧化铝/氢氧化镁/芳砜纶(ATH/MH/PSA)复合阻燃材料.采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)分析MH/PSA及ATH/MH/PSA样品中Mg和Al含量,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察其表面形态,并对MH/PSA和ATH/MH/PSA的隔热性能及防紫外红外辐射性能进行测试及对比.研究结果表明:通过二次生长和原位生长的方法,将两种无机阻燃剂处理到织物表面是可行的,MH/PSA和ATH/MH/PSA复合材料的隔热性能和防紫外红外辐射性能都较原PSA织物有明显的提高,其中ATH/MH/PSA复合材料的性能更佳.
