采用静电纺丝制备刚果红-聚丙烯腈变色响应纳米纤维膜.通过电导率、变色响应、微观结构形貌、过滤及孔径等测试,分析不同质量分数的刚果红对纺丝性能、膜过滤性能的影响,并利用目视比色法,检测纳米纤维膜对HCl气体的变色响应情况.结果表明:纳米纤维膜的过滤性能不受刚果红质量分数的影响;当刚果红质量分数为0.5%时,聚丙烯腈纤维膜暴露在HCl气体中,5 s内可明显由粉色变为蓝紫色;当纺丝时间为16 min时,纤维膜滤效为98.48%,滤阻为248.92 Pa.%Gasochromic Congo red-polyacrylonitrile (PAN)nanofiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning.After the testing of conductivity,color change response,micro-morphology,filtration and pore size,this paper analyzed the effect of different mass fractions of Congo red on the spinning and filtration performance.Color change response to HCl gas was detected by visual colorimetric.The results show that the filtration performance is not related to the mass fraction of Congo red.When the mass fraction of Congo red is 0.5% and PAN nanofiber is exposed to HCl gas,the color of membrane obviously turns to blue-purple from pink within 5 s.Under the same conditions,when spinning time is 16 min,the filtration efficiency of membranes is 98.48% and the filtration resistance is 248.92 Pa.
