东莞发展低碳经济的现状、挑战与路径选择——从发达国家的低碳路径探索看

After the industrialization and informatization, the world economy is moving toward the state of low-carbon, and the times of low-carbon has come. It is not only a challenge but also an opportunity for the development of Dongguan city, which is called ＂world factory＂. This paper summarizes the developing process of the low-carbon economy in the western developed countries and considers the economy development mode with the characteristics of traditional high-carbon in Dongguan. Evaluating the prob- lems of the present situations and challenges for the development of the low-carbon economy in Dongguan, the paper gives some sug- gestions for promoting Dongguan low-carbon economy in the future.%世界经济历经工业化、信息化之后，正在走向低碳化，低碳经济时代已经来临，这种大背景，对有“世界工厂”之称的东莞，既是挑战，也是机遇。通过对西方发达国家走过的低碳经济发展路径的简要综述，分析了东莞传统经济的高碳特性，东莞发展低碳经济的现状及问题与挑战，并针对东莞未来推动低碳经济发展的进程提出了相关建议。
