日粮蛋白质、赖氨酸水平对生长猪生产性能及蛋白质、氨基酸消化率的影响

     

摘要

试验旨在研究日粮蛋白质和赖氨酸水平对生长猪生产性能及蛋白质、氨基酸消化率的影响.90头平均体重为(44.0±2.0)kg的杜长大三元阉公猪随机分为5个组,每组3个重复,每重复6头猪;1组为对照组(粗蛋白为17.47%、可消化赖氨酸为0.80%),2组~5组为试验组,试验组采用2×2因子设计,蛋白质水平为15.46%和13.49%与可消化赖氨酸水平为0.80%和0.85%.试验期30 d.试验结果表明,与对照组相比,日粮蛋白质为15.46%和13.49%、可消化赖氨酸为0.80%时,猪的生产性能和粗蛋白表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05),赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、组氨酸、胱氨酸的表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05),而其它氨基酸表观消化率显著降低(P<0.05);日粮蛋白质为13.49%、可消化赖氨酸为0.85%时,猪的增重和粗蛋白的表观消化率显著降低(P<0.05);相同蛋白质不同赖氨酸水平对日粮氨基酸表观消化率无显著影响(P>0.05).%The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary protein and lysine level on growth production and protein and amino acid digestibility in growing pigs. A total of 90 DLY castrated boar (44.0±2.0kg) were randomly allocated into 5 groups of 3 replicates with 6 pigs in each replicate.Group 1 was control with diet of CP(crude protein) 17.47% and DLys(digestible Lys) 0. 80% and group 2to 5 was experiments. The experiment was designed with 2×2 factors. The diet CP were 15.46% and 13.49% and the diet Dly were 0.80% and 0.85%. The experiment lasted for 30 days. The results showed the growth production and CP apparent digestibility and AA(Lys, Met, Thr, His and Cys) apparent digestibility of diet DLys 0. 80% group(include Cp 15.46% and CP 13.49%) had no significant difference with control group (P>0.05) and other AA apparent digestibility had significant difference with control group (P<0.05) . The CP 13.49% and DLys 0.85% decreased significantly the ADG and CP apparent digestibility (P<0. 05). The diet with same CP level and different DLys level had no significant effect on AA apparent digestibility (P>0. 05).
