两种犬神经活动过程比较研究

By investigating the flexibility, excitability intensity and inhibitory intensity of German shepherd and Rotterweiler,their nerve activity process were comparied. The results of study indicate: for the same breed, the excitability of male German shepherd is stronger than female( P ＜0.05), the same in Rotterweiler, the male Rotterweiler is stronger than the female from restrain to excitation. By comparing these two breeds, the flexibility of male German shepherd is stronger than male Rotterweiler, the same in female.%通过考察德国牧羊犬与罗威纳犬的灵活性、兴奋性强度以及抑制性强度等方面,对两种犬的神经活动过程进行了比较研究.测试研究表明:在品种内,德国牧羊犬公犬兴奋性强度显著强于母犬(P<0.05),罗威纳犬公犬兴奋性强度也显著强于母犬(P<0.05),此外,罗威纳公犬抑制转兴奋强度显著强于母犬(P<0.05);在品种间:德国牧羊犬公犬灵活性显著强于罗威纳公犬(P<0.05),德国牧羊犬母犬也显著强于罗威纳母犬(P<0.05).
