基于循环经济模式的淮南市经济转型发展研究

摘要

资源型城市由于其主导产业是矿产资源的开发,而有限的资源开发带来诸如资源枯竭、环境污染等一系列问题.通过阐述资源型城市淮南转型面临的问题,基于循环经济发展理论和模式,分析了循环经济模式对淮南市经济转型的导向作用,进而有针对性的提出淮南市经济转型发展的对策建议.%The leading industry of resource-based cities is the exploitation of mineral resources.Limited resources development brings a series of problems,such as resource depletion,environmental pollution and so on.This paper expounds the problems faced by the transformation of resource-based cities in Huainan. Based on the theory and model of circular economy development,this paper analyzes the guiding role of circular economy model in the economic transformation of Huainan City,and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the economic transformation and development of Huainan.
