城市社区老年人社区参与行为影响因素探析——以威海市鲸园街道为例

在众多社区参与的实践过程中,老年人已成为城市社区开展社区活动重要而丰富的人力资源。相关社区项目实际开展情况证明：参与主体状况、制度环境、参与渠道和利益表达机制四个因素在城市社区老年人社区参与实践过程中影响重大。%Urban community residents participation is the basic content of urban community construction.In numerous community participation practice of urban community,the elderly people has provided the important and abundant human resources in community activities.Related community project proved that conditions of elgerly people＇s、institutional environment、channels and expression mechanism of interests have great influence in the process of community participation.
