公民政治参与是现代民主政治中的一个经典话题。从当代中国的政治发展来看，公众参与政治生活和社会管理的大幕已经拉开，在数据集巨量出现、信息高度量贩化的大数据时代，必然要做好对西方资本主义借助信息数据流对我们“西化”的准备。这种政治参与建立在特定的政治生态之上，要有效地进行社会主义民主建设，构建良好的公民政治参与秩序，有必要完成对中国公民身份的构建，这是实现公民积极、有序的政治参与的重要基石。%T he political participation of citizens is a classic topic in modern democratic politics .From the perspective of contemporary political development in China .Citizens’ participation in political affairs and social management has already begun .In the big data era with massive data set and highly quality selling of information ,it is necessary for China to address the “Westernization” of western capitalism which is con‐ducted by means of data stream of information .T his political participation is based on specific political ecol‐ogy .Therefore ,in order to effectively carry out the socialist democracy construction and build a good and orderly citizens’ political participation ,it is neccessary to complete the Chinese citizenship construction , w hich is also an important cornerstone for Chinese citizens’ active and orderly political participation .
