冲击波测试系统统一时基的断线触发方式

         

摘要

Aiming at the problem that the current shock wave overpressure tester cannot unify the time reference, a time-base synchronous breaking triggering method for the shock wave test system was proposed. This method used the external disconnection trigger technology to provide the same trigger signal for multiple testers, and optical isolation technology was used to reduce electromagnetic interference, which realized synchronous triggering of multiple testers, provides a unified time reference for the test system, completely collects and records data, and effectively captured the explosion time and the shock wave propagation time of each measurement point. The experimental verification results showed that the test system with disconnection triggering method had the advantages of unified time base, fast response, stable and reliable, simple operation and strong applicability. It provided an implementation scheme for multi-point shock wave testing experiments.%针对目前冲击波超压测试仪无法统一时间基准问题,提出了一种冲击波测试系统统一时基的断线触发方式.该方式采用断线外触发技术为多台测试仪提供同一触发信号,利用光电隔离技术降低电磁干扰,实现了多台测试仪同步触发,为测试系统提供了统一的时间基准,数据采集完整,能够有效捕获炸点时刻及各测点冲击波传播时间.实验验证结果表明,采用断线触发方式的测试系统时基统一、响应快速、稳定可靠、操作简单、适用性强,为多测点冲击波测试实验提供了一种实现方案.
