基于公式近似的末敏弹扫描角计算方法

             

摘要

利用三维角速度陀螺能够测量末敏弹在稳态扫描阶段的扫描角速度和扫描角大小.但是由于末敏弹在稳态扫描阶段的转速较大,用于测量的三维角速度陀螺的量程也较大,在通过积分方法来解算扫描角的时候会产生较大的误差.因此提出,结合末敏弹在稳态扫描阶段进动角速度很大而章动角变化很小的特点,将三轴陀螺的数据,不通过积分,而是直接计算的方法来得到末敏弹的扫描角.误差分析表明:直接计算法比传统的积分法在解算精度上有优势.之后的转台模拟实验和仿真投弹实验,也证明了本方法解算精度要优于传统的积分计算方法.%It is possible to measure the scanning angle and the scanning velocity of the terminal-sensitive ammunition during the stable scanning period with three-dimensional angular velocity gyros. But the large rotational speed of the terminal-sensitive ammunition and the large measuring range will cause obvious errors when using integration method to solve the scanning angle. According to the large precessional rate and small nutation angle variation of the terminal-sensitive ammunition during the stable scanning period, the scanning angle was calculated directly from the data of three-axis gyro rather than the integration of the data. By changing the traditional integration method,a method of calculating the scanning angle by the data of the gyro was proposed in this paper. The error analysis showed that direct calculating method was better than traditional integration method in terms of accuracy. By the turntable simulation test and the simulation bomb-dropping test, it was proved that the accuracy of this method was superior to the traditional integration method.
