基于线列雪崩光电二极管的激光引信成像探测

             

摘要

针对红外成像引信易受目标表面温度特征和红外成像探测器制造工艺影响,实用性不理想等问题,提出运用雪崩光电二极管(APD)阵列探测器实现激光引信对目标成像的方法.采用弹目相对运动的掠扫式成像探测方式,APD阵列探测器将目标反射回波光信号光电转换为电信号,经预处理电路、信号处理单元高速处理后获得目标二值化轮廓图像.通过样机验证试验表明:该成像探测技术设计合理,硬件实现可行,并得到大量目标模型的二值化图像,为激光成像引信的研究提供技术储备.%The infrared imaging fuze is liable to be affected by the surface temperature variation of the target and the manufacturing process of the infrared imaging detector. Aiming at the lack of its practicability, the imaging detection of laser fuze was proposed by using the APD (avalanche photodiode) array in this paper. By adopting the pushbroom imaging detection method to detect the relative movement between the missile and the target, the APD array transformed the reflected optical signal into electrical signal, which was processed by the preprocessing circuit and the signal processing unit; then the bivalue image of the target was obtained. The verification experiments of the prototype showed that the imaging detection technology was reliable and feasible. Furthermore, plenty of bivalue images were obtained which could serve as technical database for the research of the laser imaging fuze.
